Job Description

You’ve got to be fast on your feet, always two steps ahead of our clients, without breaking a sweat and with a smile on your face. They can hear those smiles right through the phone. This is not your ordinary internship. You’ll be working with our most valuable people outside our walls. Get ready to side seat our Account Managers. You will gain exposure to managing client communications and projects, generating ideas and brainstorming tactics to better our clients’ marketing efforts. In the end, you’ll be seasoned to tackle any project that consists of marketing tactics and delighting clients.

  • Your ego boost comes from checking tasks off of a list and getting people pointed in the right direction.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Assist the Account Management team in client meetings, task assignments and keeping projects on track.
  • Show some tough love and crack the whip to motivate the fulfillment team and keep them on track.
  • Communicate across departments to ensure proper set up, design, and customizations are completed to client specifications.
  • Find creative ways to coordinate and get projects done.
  • Record all client-related correspondence so we know what we've done to help.
  • Be able to move that occasional elephant in our three-ring circus.
  • Communicate with Account Managers, project traffic, designers and copywriters.
