Job Description

Every client benefits from a helping hand. The client onboarding specialist is key to kick starting the website setup process and sets our clients on a path for success. Learning the ins and outs of our proprietary content management system (CMS) will be instrumental in making the onboarding process for our clients be streamlined and top notch. A keen eye for detail is needed when organizing and populating content provided by our clients to their websites. Making adjustments as needed to thoughtfully and visually communicate the clients brand while utilizing the full functionality built into our CMS. While this team member never has to speak with a client directly, good written and verbal communication skills are a must. The client onboarding specialist works directly with project managers to complete client requests to meet or exceed their expectations.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Migrate content for new and existing clients.
  • Configure website settings.
  • Manual data entry of existing information from multiple sources.
  • Review projects for quality and accuracy.
  • Work concurrently on multiple projects.

Qualifications

  • You are an organizer extraordinaire—in fact, it slightly bothers you that this list of bullet points isn't in alphabetical order.
  • You are self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • You ask questions when you need to.
  • You have the ability to execute your tasks with focus and strive to meet deadlines.
  • Your verbal and written communication skills are unmatched.
  • You know enough about HTML semantics to get around.
