Job Description

How do you know if you're a perfect fit for our Client Services Administrator? You simply love technology and you are phenomenal at helping others navigate their IT problems. You love it when your family members ask you to help them with their computer problems, and the first thing that you do when you go home for Christmas is open up a browser and visit Ninite.

This job marries two of Firespring's passions: technology and client support. You will work with Firespring's clients every day helping them solve their computer problems. You will be their knight in shining armor...their Superman (cape not included). You'll tackle new problems every single day, but the one thing that won't change is the feeling that you'll get when you've saved somebody’s day.

  • Technology you don’t understand doesn’t intimidate you. Instead, you can’t sleep until you’ve mastered it.

  • You're not a fanboy. You can help somebody with their Mac as easily as you can their PC.

  • It's all just 1s and 0s. You know that, and you know enough about networking to get them there.

  • No geek speak here. You have the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical colleagues.

  • Your ego boost comes from solving the client’s problem and getting them back on track ASAP. You will work with a team of technical gurus to identify the issue, prioritize it and escalate accordingly.

  • Document, document, document. You will record all client-related correspondence so we know what we’ve done to help.
