Job Description

You are an expert in data management and Salesforce administration interested in owning our most essential data systems, living and breathing our core business processes and informing company decision making at all levels. Implementing and enacting effective Salesforce company administration is all in a day’s work for you. Your real passion comes from integrating disparate data systems, implementing cross-system data flows and generating exceptional business intelligence. You are old hat when it comes to SQL database administration and programming and use these tools daily to improve the systems you own. You have a passion for solving problems with technology, and nothing makes you happier than working with your stakeholders and end-users to deliver those solutions.

Qualifications

  • 2 years SQL administration and programming required (MS SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
  • 2 years salesforce administration preferred
  • Salesforce 201 certification a plus
  • Familiarity with Apex, Force.com, VisualForce and SOQL a plus

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Evolve and implement best practices for Salesforce configuration, data integrity, security and backups
  • Hold regular priorities meetings with Salesforce stakeholders, define development priorities and ensure timely deliverables
  • Champion Salesforce best practices throughout the organization
  • Expert at data management, database administration and SQL programming
  • Ability to implement and manage effective regular data checks to ensure data integrity for Salesforce and SQL server database management systems
  • Passionate about evolving business systems and managing data to create effective decision making
  • Able to manage 3rd party integrations and integration workflow through a development lifecycle
  • Provide business analysis for process improvement and operational excellence
  • Become the expert for management and integration of all internal MIS and CRM systems. Work with related teams to improve and structure those data systems
  • Maintain a holistic view of all business processes and systems to understand cross-team impacts and implement effective reporting and business intelligence
